This mixed-level class develops and progresses the Pilates repertoire. We’ll build on the essentials with seamless transitions, breath awareness, and controlled challenge.
One to One sessions
One to One sessions are available at AlignWell by appointment and tailored to your needs. Whether you’re brand new to the Reformer or looking for more personalised support, these sessions give you space to move with confidence and care.
Single One to One is a great way to get started—especially if you’re preparing to join our Evolve classes.
One to One Series is ideal if you’re working with a specific goal, condition, or simply want the session to be fully tailored to you. Your instructor will draw on the full Pilates method—using a wide range of equipment, including the Reformer—to help you move better, stay strong, and feel well in your body.
One to Ones are also a supportive place to start if you’re experiencing discomfort or recovering from injury. We’ll help you move safely and intentionally, with expert guidance at every step.
